Vermont gloves made me a custom pair of gloves for me. First pair and they absolutely nailed it! Perfect fit. Very comfortable, and the dexterity of the gloves preformed better then I could have imagined
I have tiny hands and have a hard time finding gloves that fit. We do a lot of camping and yard work and cheap hardware store gloves feel icky, don't last, and rarely do they carry XS. It means a lot to me that they're made in the U.S. I was able to get XS', but also XS short, so Iactually have my fingertips at the top of my gloves! I can finally feel what I'm doing without an extra inch of leather above my fingers. They look at feel amazing and they're certainly rugged. I love my Vermont gloves. Highly recommend.
Wore these $115 gloves for one shift and the thumb stitching blew out… Very Disappointing was hoping to support an American made company.

Gloves are as awesome as their customer service! I haven’t gone back for another pair of gloves as these have definitely lasted me. They even put up with some light welding when I forget to put on my welding gloves and they’re fine, real Work gloves that last. Super tough!!! would definitely recommend, a definite buy it for life solution!!!

I bought the flatlander specifically to bring to Japan when I go to the bamboo forest to harvest bamboo for a bamboo tower that is constructed yearly at the Kamo Izumi sake brewery for the Saijo Higashihiroshima Japan Sake Fest. They call it Takezake or bamboo sake. A tower is constructed out of many wide-radius bamboo columns with one of them ramrodded out and cleaned to create a tank into which sake is poured, with a spigot at the bottom to dispense the sake into the festival-goer’s bamboo cups. I’ve been doing this for seven years and these new gloves are great to prevent bamboo splinters and hand injuries when we’re in the forest, cutting and loading freshly cut bamboo. Cheers to this great product - maybe the first pair in Japan?
Really great gloves. I’ve had them for about a month and they’re super comfortable and sturdy. I’m looking forward to using these for years. I plan on getting the winter gloves as summer winds down.

I’ve had the uphill ski gloves for a couple years now. I am a medium glove size in just about every brand, but I found the uphill ski gloves was a bit floppy with no liner. It’s a great glove for winter, but I wanted a glove that fit well without a liner. I’ve been searching for a comparable quality glove that could be used for hotter weather. Vermont gloves just so happen to come out with this glove! It fits perfectly, it’s super comfortable, and I am really liking the streamlined look. I’m glad I can invest in a quality glove that will outlast ten pairs or more from the local hardware store. I took photos of the gloves new and the gloves with conditioning and wax added.

had to send back the original pair and order the shorter length......the process was flawless...love the gloves. My second pair....one glove of my first pair fell off the tractor and I could never find it.
I ordered a pair of these Flatlanders because the Vermonters that I already had were a little heavy for summer work. Turned out they were too snug and didn’t seem to be any more dexterous, so I exchanged them for another pair of Vermonters. I only gave them four stars, but I give Vermont Glove Company five stars plus for their customer service and for making these gloves themselves instead of farming the work out to China.

Having a short index finger, I ordered the Flatlander M (short) and it was the first pair of gloves that actually allowed the dexterity needed for several jobs. I was so impressed I ordered a pair of USA 250 Vermont gloves for yard and garden work in same size. I highly recommend both types of gloves as they are extremely well-made in the USA by a small Mom & Pop company in Vermont that takes pride in making a glove that properly fits and lasts each and everyone of their customers. I ordered short gloves and they fit my hands very well (first time a pair of gloces did!). I am impressed with the dexterity and the fit, and the quality is excellent. Easily better than any other gloves I have had.

Vermont gloves is a company with excellent products, integrity and some of the best customer service I’ve experienced I own a couple pairs of these gloves and had an issue with a pair. Lauren is incredible; prompt responses and thoroughly explained the repair process, timeline, etc. Gloves came back lightning fast and in like new condition after being pretty well beat on. Not only does Vermont make an excellent product; they completely stand by it. Stop reading this and support this company - buy the dang gloves.
Super comfortable as well as ruggedly made. Expect them to last much longer than others from different manufacturers l’ve used in the past.

I own a pair of mittens as well from Vermont Glove, and I will absolutely be back when I need more. The quality is top tier. I love supporting an American company(I'm not that way. But it's good to help your country people when you can). It's a fantastic pair of gloves and I absolutely love them. Edit: so to break them in, I washed them with Dr Bronners castile soap, which, will remove some of the dye. But it's ok. This isn't my first rodeo. I then dried them off with a towel, and took them to my oven. Set at 200°, I popped them in immediately to dry any remaining moisture. After a few minutes, I took them out with tongs, let them cool for a moment, and then rubbed mini oil into them and put them back in the oven. I did this process for about 30 minutes. In and out, cool off, more oil, etc. The last two coats I did were with bees wax.
Wonderful tough leather gloves, even in wet conditions they don’t get my hands wet and work well. Highly recommend for general gardening for ladies, especially to protect your nails!
These gloves are great!!! I tried another brand of goat skin gloves - made in USA, and they did not hold up, the stitching opened up and I couldn't use them. I bought the Vermont Gloves, and the leather was a bit thicker, but it was softer and the gloves molded to my hands. I use them everyday, and they are holding up with no issues. Thanks!!!

Love the durability for fixing barbwire fence! They do run large, I got an xxl first as that’s what I get for welmont gloves and exchanged for an xl, but am thinking of getting a large to get a snugger fit for dealing with wire and dexterity.
Followed the directions for sizing and the gloves fit snug and as I used them more they are starting to "fit like a glove" nice work, glad I spent the extra money for a quality pair of gloves that I expect to last a long time.

Buy once cry once. These gloves are worthy of their reputation. Rose thorns don’t penetrate, good fit, and not stiff. There is a pride in ownership of a quality item and these do that for me. No regrets.
