  How it works:
  
  1. Clean your gloves. You don’t have to go nuts, but make sure there’s no globs of dirt lodged in the seams.
  
  2. Send both of your gloves to us at the factory:

  4. Patiently wait while we work our magic. In the busy holiday season, this can take up to 4 weeks, but often will be quicker.
