Returns & Exchanges FAQs

Returns and exchanges can be made within 30 days of delivery of your order. Items must be in new, unused condition.  Original shipping charges are non-refundable.  Orders placed in November and December receive an extended holiday return window through January 31st of the following year.

Checkout+ allows customers to opt-in to completely free returns, exchanges, and package protection during checkout.

When you opt-in for coverage at checkout any return labels needed will be covered in our returns portal allowing you to return any item(s) in your order for a refund or exchange for FREE. Your package will also be covered in transit in the event that it is lost or stolen. If you decide not to buy return coverage, you can still return your items, but you will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping label. All returns are subject to the guidelines outlined in our Return Policy.

Checkout+ is not currently available to international customers.

To start a return, simply use our Return & Exchange portal. Customers will have the ability to process an exchange or return for a refund/credit.

Please allow up to 10 business days once we receive your items for exchanges and refunds. We're a small team here!

At this time we cannot provide prepaid return labels for international orders.  Customers will receive instructions for return shipping during the return process. The customer is responsible for the shipping fees on returns and exchanges.

Customers who purchase Checkout+ receive completely free returns, exchanges, and package protection.  Customers who do not purchase Checkout+ must pay to return the gloves to us for exchange or return. A label will be provided to you in the Return & Exchange portal

Please allow up to 10 business days for your return to be processed after we receive it. Once your return is approved, you will receive an email notifying you that your refund is being processed. 

You can expect a credit applied to the original payment method within 10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
