What is the return or exchange process?

 

  • Enter your order number and email address or phone number in the fields above to begin. If you do not have an order number, please be in touch with us at hello@vermontglove.com.

 

  • You will receive a confirmation email with the shipping instructions once the return or exchange request is approved.

 

  • You will be responsible for the shipping fee on returns.

 

  • Unsure what size to exchange for? Get in touch at hello@vermontglove.com.

 

  • For order issues such as damaged, defective or wrong items, please contact us at hello@vermontglove.com.

 

What items are returnable?

 

  • You can return your items within 60 days of receipt of your shipment.

 

  • Items must be in the original, unused condition.

 

  • Gift cards are not returnable.

Are there any charges for a return or exchange?

 

  • Yes, you are responsible for the shipping fee on returns only.

 

  • A prepaid USPS label will be provided once you complete the exchange/return process. 

 

  • If you choose to use the label, a $10 fee will be deducted from your refund.

 

  • You may choose not to use the prepaid label and return using your prefered method.

How soon will I get my refund?

 

  • Please allow up to 10 business days for your return to be processed after we receive it.

 

  • Once your return is approved, you will receive an email notifying you that your refund is being processed. 

 

  • You can expect a credit applied to the original payment method within 10 buisness days.

 

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
